What you will receive

Depending on the package you choose, I will create up to 10 unique designs, exclusively for your wedding. Think of a personal wedding logo, an illustration of your beautiful location, a portrait of your pet, always with a mix of unique frames - perfect for mixing and matching. Printing is not included in the price; you can easily arrange that yourself with my secrets for the most beautiful print quality!

The designs are customizable, so you can add extra details later (such as the menu, which will not be known until closer to the big day, while save-the-dates and invitations can be sent out earlier). The 10 designs are composed of a set of 3 illustrations and 2 frames, which we combine in different sizes.

Preferably contact us 6 to 12 months before the wedding, depending on whether it is a destination wedding. Last minute requests are possible at an additional cost.

Inspirational talk before the design day

We plan a 30-minute online appointment prior to the design day to get to know your vision and story better. I will send you a questionnaire in advance, so that during the conversation we can really get into who you are as a couple!

Complete our questionnaire before the design day

Before the design day you will receive a questionnaire to collect all details and inspiration. This way I am fully prepared and we can get started right away!

First design sent before 1:00 PM on the (first) design day

Before 13:00 you will receive a mood board and the first design for approval. On the design day itself we will stay in touch via email.

Make sure you are available for quick feedback or a quick phone call, so we can create the perfect wedding stationery design together!

Feedback rounds

To make the process effortless, your quick response is worth gold. Together we choose the style that suits you perfectly, after which I further develop the design.

You will receive two rounds of feedback to make everything to your liking.

This way we ensure that your stationery is perfect down to the last detail – without any fuss, exactly the way you want it!

Templates plus a guide to editing and printing

I create 10 different designs you can use for all your stationery items. I also share a guide with you with my secrets on how to edit the texts with Canva, plus printing tips to print the stationery in the most beautiful way.

Since this process takes some time, we complete this step the day after our (last) design day.
